Junior Chamber International Catalonia was established in 1968.

Our moto is training throught action.

At present there are in Catalonia 13 local Junior Chambers, that gather 500 members spread all around the Catalan territory.

Those local entities are placed in Barcelona, Girona, Igualada, Lleida, Manresa, Reus, Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Tarragona, Terrassa, Vic, Vilafranca del Penedès and Vilanova i la Geltrú.

JCI focuses on the following areas:

• Individual area: JCI promotes individual development, offering the opportunity to take part on training programs with high-quality sessions to strengthen personal skills.
• Community area: JCI boosts the development of community and carries out programs addressed to solve problems and work for the community.
• International area: JCI favours the opportunity to get in contact with other members all around the world and enables direct experiences with different cultures and communities,  contributing to personal enrichment.
• Business and professional opportunities area: JCI helps business development offering business contacts and meetings, the possibility to exchange business ideas,... It is the perfect framework to meet people with the same worries and concerns and to develop entrepreneur spirit in the professional world.

Corporate and social responsibility: In its commitment to society, work for community and executive, leadership and entrepreneurship training, JCI Catalonia develops its activity from the social and corporate responsibility, and works to spread the principles, promote the changes and put into practice the measures to achieve an effective implementation of CSR, both on its own structures as on members and society everyday’s life.
