Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs, with more than 200.000 members and one million alumni all around the world. It is a non-profit organization with representation in over 45 countries in Europe and 120 worldwide.

JCI is a network where young people from 18 to 40 all over the world learn to take on responsibilities and develop management skills through active working on projects. This structure forms an international grassroots movement creating global impact through local action.

JCI is an international community of young active citizens who share the belief that in order to create positive change, we must take collective action to improve ourselves and the world around us. Engaging in activities ranging from sustainable development to international projects, we take responsibility for our communities while improving ourselves through participation, leadership and action.

On the international level, JCI partners with global organization with mutual values and goals and takes part in several development projects, among which: UN Millennium Development Goals, UN Global Compact and Corporate Social Responsibility, International Chamber of Commerce-World Chambers Federation (ICC-WCF) and Global Economic Progress, or the campaign for combating malaria with the UN Foundation and JCI Nothing But Nets. JCI and its members think critically about society’s greatest challenges and act on behalf of our communities to be part of the solution.
