Invoice
An invoice will be made available via email for the participants, upon request during the registration process. Please, allow 4 (four) weeks to process the invoices after the Conference. Once an invoice has been issued, no name changes will allowed to that registration.Registration Name Change
If you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, we can allow one name change to your registration on behalf of another participant at no extra charge, prior notice to the JCI - EC2011 Administration Department (Administration Form). Free name changes will only be accepted until 31st March 2011. After 31st March 2011, every name change will be charged a handling fee of 15 EUR. Only one name change per registration will be accepted.Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be notified to the JCI - EC2011 Administration Department (Administration Form). The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be sent to, including IBAN/BIC codes.If the notification of cancellation is received before the early bird registration deadline (31st January 2011), 95% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
Thereafter, up to 30 days before the opening ceremony (30th April 2011), 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
Thereafter, up to 10 days before the opening ceremony (20th May 2011), 25% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be applicable after 21st May 2011.
A handling fee of 15 EUR will be charged to all refunds. No other charges apart from the registration fee will be refunded.
Refunds
Please allow 4 (four) weeks to process your refund once the JCI - EC2011 Administration Department (Administration Form) has received your notification of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the bank account submitted by the participant. Bank transfer costs must be paid by the participants.No refunds will be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
